More recently as a consulting fractional CFO I have assisted a company prep for sale and successfully supported those efforts responding to all due diligence requests. Working along side investment bankers and 3rd party auditor in order to verify and get to a purchase agreement. Successfully prepped owner and secured debt financing for a national product expansion.
