I have over 25 years of experience. I have helped build companies from startup (as small as $450K in revenue) to acquisition by companies like Microsoft, HP and GardaWorld. I have a track record of driving pipeline growth (over 900% at Catalyst DevWorks), sales engagement (over 300% at Perfect Sense) and lead conversion (over 40% improvement in my first year at Jinfonet Software). In addition, I have rebranded companies like WorldAware and established new market categories like network virtualization at Shunra Software. I have also developed and managed a campaign called “Lick the Bugs” for AVIcode which was profiled in the book Twitter Marketing: An Hour a Day. The accomplishment I am most proud of, though, was the professional development of an employee at Shunra who ended up resigning because we could not provide her with an opportunity to continue growing her career – we celebrated her accomplishments, and to this day, I remain in touch with her and she continues to give me credit (though the credit really goes just to her) for helping her develop into the marketer she is today.
