Mr. Armstrong has 30 years of transactional, financial and operations experience with government contractors and real estate developers/investors. While serving as CFO, Mr. Armstrong took over as President of a $500M+ IT contractor in 2014, facilitated the sale of an intelligence division in 2016 and the rest of the business in 2017.

He has held senior executive positions at Intelligent Decisions, Inc., RER Solutions, Multifinance Holding Corp. and Equitable Real Estate.

Mr. Armstrong received an MBA in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Accounting and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
