I have worked for PE, Family-owned and public companies. I have been a founding member of mgmt. for 2 companies. I have prepared a “CIM” for 4 companies. The 2 start ups and two for sale of the business. I have lead the Accounting/Finance, HR, IT & Risk Mgmt. functions for the last 27 years. I have extensive international experience and extensive Credit Facility experience.
