I am a passionate HR Generalist with over 20 years of corporate and consulting work. I have been in stand-alone roles and managed a team of over 15 HR professionals and have worked in technology, consulting and biotech. I am experienced with startups through larger organizations in varying stages of growth. I have implemented strategic programs in talent acquisition and management, employee relations and engagement and learning and development. My most recent focus has been on change management, specifically improving/refining an organization’s culture. Throughout my career, leaders have sought my advice and thought leadership on employee relations and retention. I also serve as a strong advocate for employees who value my thoughtful approach to their growth and development concerns.
