I have a unique career path that has allowed me to understand how people behave at work and apply these insights to create effective workforce strategies. I started my career as an employment lawyer where I saw the “fall-out” of poorly designed cultures and people processes. So, I decided to figure out how to make things better. I moved into HR, got a master’s in organizational design, another in behavioral science and have used the rest of my career to make workplaces as fulfilling and productive as possible. As a Senior HR Executive I have managed the full spectrum of strategic human resources and compliance functions for global organizations. I have Provided guidance to employees in 14 countries including Germany, Israel, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, China, Philippines, Ireland, UK, Malaysia, India, Canada, Costa Rica and Japan. My Industry experience includes SaaS, semiconductors, aviation, and high-tech manufacturing
