Dianne Aronica served as the CFO of Dr. Praeger’s for eight years during the transition from a $25 million privately held, second generation food manufacturing company that grew four times and was positioned for its successful majority sale to private equity. The sale process began pre-Covid and continued with various starts and stops for 18 months until January 2021. Dianne led sell-side due diligence and the post-sale transition from a family run business to a more corporate environment with increased reporting and board presentations as a private equity portfolio company. Dianne has over 25 years of CFO experience with privately held/family-owned companies collaborating with CEOs as a strategic partner and accountable for process improvements and key financial and operational relationships. Dianne has built strong, but lean, finance teams to support growth and lead change.
