NeoGig’s founding executives are experienced leaders in various companies with experience starting and running small companies.

Robb Thomas
Robb has been in the finance/accounting field for 30+ years. He started his career working for companies such as Arthur Andersen (as a Troubled Company Consultant) and Oracle. He then worked with startups and smaller companies ranging from pre-revenue to millions in revenue. For the past five years, he has served as a fractional CFO for several companies in various industries, including healthcare, software, SaaS, transportation, and real estate.
Robb has a BS in Marketing and Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA in Finance from Georgia Tech.

EJ Bowen
EJ Bowen is a proven strategy, innovation, and business development leader passionate about finding next-generation solutions to today’s problems. His areas of expertise include sales, customer experience solutions, AI/ML, new product innovation, business development, healthcare technology, population health, innovation, building start-ups, and corporate strategy implementation.
EJ held sales and consulting roles for Fortune 500 companies such as Merck & Co, Cisco, Aetna, NTT ltd. and several startups. He has started four companies, acquired one and sold one. Most of EJ’s career has been spent in healthcare, but he also has experience in IT, eCommerce, food service, life science, and customer experience.
EJ has a BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Utah.

Brendan Burke
Brendan is a proven full-stack marketing executive who elevates brands, engages customers, and increases market share for organizations. He uses his deep understanding of modern marketing strategies to assist high-growth stage businesses looking to expand their marketing operations, drive leads and optimize revenue. Brendan has served on boards and ran organizations such as the Utah Jazz and CircusTrix.
Brendan also has expertise in Public Relations, where he spent many years with agencies in Los Angels working on clients such as Nintendo. Brendan fits best as your fractional CMO or an Executive Coach for marketing-specific conversations.
Brendan has a BS in Public Relations from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
