Focusing on people, grown HR functions with an eye towards equity/justice through policy development, compensation restructure, and direct staff support. Led and grew major nonprofit sector-wide workforce and diversity initiatives including the Nonprofit Sector Workforce Coalition affording me a developed national network. My work is building infrastructure for organizations that advance justice and equity through training and leadership development.
